Products

Are your products NAFDAC-registered?

Where applicable, yes. NAFDAC numbers appear on each product page and printed on the bottle. We do not stock cosmetics that require registration unless they have one. Imported items (Australian Pure Emu Oil) arrive with import permits and country-of-origin certificates.

How long do your products last once opened?

Pure Emu Oil — 12 months. Activated Charcoal Powder — 24 months. Caramink Black Soap — 18 months. Each label carries a period-after-opening (PAO) icon.

Are your products vegan?

Activated Charcoal Powder and Caramink Black Soap are vegan and cruelty-free. Pure Emu Oil is animal-derived (Australian emu) — we are transparent about that. No vegan equivalent matches its lipid profile and we believe in being honest about ingredients rather than greenwashing.

Services

How do I book?

Pick a service → choose a package → fill the booking form. We confirm within 4 working hours during weekdays. For same-day bookings, call directly on +234 (0) 901 010 0123.

Do you travel to homes?

Yes. Caramink operates as a mobile / home-service atelier — every appointment travels to the client within Lagos and Abuja. Travel beyond is quoted on a case-by-case basis.

What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Tell us at booking. Infusions, certain whitening protocols, and some stretch-mark treatments have contraindications. We will route you to a safe alternative or recommend waiting.

Are practitioners licensed?

Yes. Our medical director and IV clinicians are MDCN-registered (Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria). Pharmacy-handled products are PCN-licensed (Pharmacists Council of Nigeria). Studio facilities are HEFAMAA-registered in Lagos.

Memberships & loyalty

What does membership include?

Monthly maintenance facials, priority booking windows, and member-only pricing on services and products. Full breakdown on the Memberships page.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes — pause for up to 60 days per calendar year, no penalty. Email hello@caramink.com to pause.

How do points work?

Spend ₦1 → earn 1 point. 1,000 points = ₦1,000 off your next order or booking. Points never expire while you have an active account.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

NGN bank cards, Paystack transfer, and member account balance. USD-displayed prices are for reference only — orders are billed in NGN at checkout.

Why is the USD price different to what I saw last week?

We refresh the NGN→USD rate daily from a central-bank-aligned feed. The NGN price is the source of truth; the USD figure is a courtesy conversion.

Do you offer instalments?

For services over ₦500,000 and signature courses, yes — half on first session, half on session three. Email hello@caramink.com to arrange.

Account & data

How do I delete my account?

Email hello@caramink.com from the address on the account. We delete within 30 days unless we have a legal reason to retain (e.g., medical records for a service performed). See Privacy for full detail.

Can I see what data you hold about me?

Yes — under NDPA we will export your data on request. Email hello@caramink.com.
