Once you submit a booking, our team reaches out within 4 working hours (weekdays) to confirm date, time, address, and any pre-treatment requirements. Until you receive that confirmation, your slot is held but not finalised.
A 20% deposit is taken at confirmation. The balance is paid at the appointment.
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, your deposit transfers to the new date once — beyond that, a new deposit is required.

If our practitioner is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the next session in your course is on us. We track this — you don't have to chase it.
We hold the appointment for 20 minutes past your scheduled time. After that the appointment is treated as a no-show under the cancellation policy above. Mobile / home-service slots are tighter — travel time is built in and we cannot push later appointments.
For infusions: hydrate well the day before, eat a normal breakfast, no alcohol 24 hours prior.
For teeth whitening: brush and floss before we arrive — clean enamel takes the gel evenly.
For stretch-mark and tattoo work: shaved area (we will not shave for you), no fake tan, no waxing 5 days before.
For piercing: no aspirin or blood thinners 24 hours before (unless prescribed — tell us at booking).

If anything has changed since booking — new medication, pregnancy, fresh skin condition, recent surgery — tell us before the appointment. Our practitioner can re-route to a safe alternative or postpone with no penalty. Honesty here protects you.
Caramink is an 18+ service for infusions, tattoos, and whitening. Piercing is available from 12 with a parent/guardian present and a signed consent form. Some skincare services for teens 14+ at parental discretion — ask at booking.
